We loved staying in this hotel located in a safe and upscale area. It had everything we needed - clean and comfortable rooms, lovely hotel facilities, and a fantastic breakfast. The staff were extra friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. The location was perfect too, just a short distance from everything we wanted to see.

Had easter vacation at a high-rise hotel located in a chic neighborhood, a large mall nearby was accessible by a footbridge. The hotel staff was hospitable and helpful, while the breakfast was of good quality. The hotel had a pool with a spacious outdoor area perfect for relaxation.

At the time of my stay, the sky bar was not in operation, and the cost of cab rides to and from the hotel was rather high, so getting to the city's attractions was difficult.

The hotel is located in a great area within walking distance to a shopping mall and many restaurants. the room was comfortable and modern, with a bright and spacious layout. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of choices and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. the outdoor pool was also a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Santiago recently. The location was excellent, with plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Not to mention, the staff was friendly and attentive. The highlight of my stay was enjoying a delicious pisco cocktail at the bar. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience in Santiago.

Great views and friendly staff. the location was super! just a short walk from a big shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants. the park behind the mall was a nice touch. Hop on Hop off bus was closeby.

Limited breakfast and gym, poor sunlight by pool area. the staff at the front desk were cold, and I had trouble accessing my room.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities fulfilled our luxurious needs: the beautiful spa center with a sauna, steam room, and treatment room provided us a relaxing moment. We also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool area with sun loungers and sun terrace that offered stunning views. the restaurant with a snack bar and lounge area had special diet menus and a buffet breakfast with various options.

the hotel provided us with other entertainment options and activities in the nearby area.
